For the first time ever, the Bay Building Industries Association (BBIA) and the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa Walton (BIAOW) are joining forces to present a regional Parade of Homes experience like nothing we’ve done before.

In 2026, our Parades will run at the same time, and we’ll be sharing one combined Parade of Homes magazine—spotlighting builders, remodelers, and advertisers across all of our counties. This collaboration expands reach, increases exposure, and creates a unified showcase of the very best our Florida Panhandle building community has to offer.

• One shared Parade timeline across BBIA & BIAOW territories
• One regional magazine with expanded print & digital distribution
• Increased visibility for every participating builder and advertiser
• Builders who work in both markets may now enter a home in either Parade
• Homes are entered and judged in the market where they are physically located

To participate, builders must be a member of BBIA or BIAOW. We’re thrilled to offer this opportunity to our BBIA & BIAOW family and to elevate the Parade experience across our region.

2️⃣ Associate Member Showcase

(Showroom, Pool, or Landscape Display)

Associate Members may feature their showroom, pool, or landscape installation within an accessible Parade model home.

• Listing on the BBIA website
