Thank You, City of Parker!

We want to sincerely thank the City of Parker for hosting a productive first workshop on Ordinance 2025-425. We appreciate the open dialogue and thoughtful discussion surrounding housing and infrastructure.

We’re especially grateful for the City’s efforts to significantly lower the proposed impact fees—a positive step toward keeping housing attainable in Parker while still supporting responsible infrastructure development.

A big thank you to our BBIA Government Affairs Team, especially Garrett Anderson with Anderson Construction and Melissa Strange with Central Panhandle Association of Realtors, for speaking directly to the Mayor and Council and voicing our industry’s concerns with professionalism and clarity.
