We’re building our way to the Great American Parade of Homes happening June 6–8, and we’ve got exciting news — our 2025 BBIA Scholarship Home is officially listed for sale!  

A huge shoutout to Brian Knox with Coastal Classic Homes along with our BBIA members and friends for their incredible work bringing this home to life, and to Josh Hoey, REALTOR® with Think Real Estate for helping us share it with the world!  

This special project supports our BBIA Scholarship Program, which helps local students pursue education and careers in the building industry. We couldn’t do it without the support of our BBIA members and friends who continue to show up and make a difference!
