The BBIA Scholarship Home is a shining example of what happens when a community comes together with purpose. Each year, our members and friends donate their time, talents, and resources to build a beautiful home that funds scholarships for local students pursuing careers in the building industry. It’s more than a
project—it’s a partnership rooted in giving back and building futures. 
This year’s home, located at 1709 White Western Lake Lane, is proudly built under the direction of Brian Knox of Coastal Classic Homes. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers the perfect blend of function, comfort, and coastal charm.
The thoughtfully designed split floor plan features spacious interiors, oversized closets, and a chef-inspired kitchen with a large island, walk-in pantry, and open dining area made for entertaining.
