Exciting News! We’ve officially closed on our 2024 BBIA Scholarship Home! 

A HUGE thank you to Josh Hoey, REALTOR® with Think Real Estate, for his hard work and dedication in bringing a buyer for this gorgeous home. Built under the expert direction of Angi Dean with Southern Belle Construction, this home represents the incredible collaboration of so many talented individuals. 

Thank you to our BBIA President and Parade Chair, Curt Hartog with Pathway Builders for making sure everything was perfect at the house prior to closing!

We’re also grateful to Marty Perrett, Immediate Past President of BBIA and Innovations Financial Credit Union, for handling the paperwork on behalf of BBIA, and to Diamond Title for ensuring a smooth and successful closing process.
