Building the Future, One Team at a Time!

We’re incredibly proud of our BBIA President, Curt Hartog with Pathway Builders, who generously volunteered his time and talent last week at the 20th Annual Future Builders of America Leadership Summit, held at Circle F Dude Ranch in Lake Wales, FL!

Curt served as Team Leader for Team 2, alongside his team partner Jen Williams, Workforce Director from the Treasure Coast Builders Association, guiding students through 14 stations of hands-on training in the trades—covering everything from carpentry and electrical to solar energy and soft skills. His leadership left a lasting impression on the next generation of construction professionals.
