What a fantastic Board Retreat at House of Henry!

I’m so proud of our hardworking BBIA Board for their dedication to the betterment of our association, our members, and our community. This incredible group of leaders came together to strategize, learn, and strengthen our vision for the future. A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, engaged, and contributed—your commitment is what makes BBIA strong!

A special thank you to our amazing staff: Beth Klein, who worked diligently to coordinate the event, prepare our binders, and ensure everything was in order, and Nikkole Grimes, our secret weapon, for sharing her expertise on the checks and balances that help protect our association and members. Also, a big shoutout to House of Henry for their hospitality and to our incredible server, Michael, who made everyone feel right at home!
