BBIA Advocates for Industry at Commission Meeting

BBIA President Curt Hartog and Bay County Chamber President & CEO Patrick Chapin led efforts at the Panama City Commission meeting to discuss the proposed Transportation Impact Fee ordinance

This evening, several members of our BBIA team, led by President Curt Hartog with Pathway Builders, came together at the Panama City Commission meeting alongside Patrick Chapin, President & CEO of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, to advocate for our industry and community in discussions on the proposed Transportation Impact Fee ordinance. We are incredibly proud of our members and community partners for their dedication and commitment.
A huge thank you to Panama City Mayor Rohan, the Panama City Commissioners, and City staff for their time, thoughtful engagement, and commitment to working together. We are grateful for the extended timeline to continue collaborating and finding the best path forward.
Special appreciation to Frank Fletcher with Regional Homes for voicing his support of our efforts.
Collaboration is key, and we’re grateful to be part of these important conversations.
