We are grateful to the City of Panama City for hosting the Transportation Impact Fee Workshop yesterday afternoon, allowing for open discussion on the concerns surrounding this proposed ordinance. It was great to see so many BBIA members and industry professionals come together to advocate for homeowners, developers, and business owners.

With the second reading already tabled to allow for this workshop, we now look forward to the city’s response and hope for a solution that benefits everyone. Thank you to all who attended and made your voices heard!
