Join the Bay Building Industries Association (BBIA) as we break ground on the 2026 BBIA Scholarship Home, a project built with purpose to support scholarships, workforce development, and the future of our local building industry.

This year’s Scholarship Home will be built by Daniel Gibbens with G6 Development and designed by M. Corb Architectural Design. Once completed, the home will serve as Entry #1 in the 2026 BBIA Parade of Homes, taking place over two weekends in June.

Thanks to the generosity of BBIA members and community partners, the Scholarship Home Program has awarded more than $187,000 in scholarships to over 200 students pursuing careers in construction and the trades.

All members, partners, and friends are invited to attend as we kick off another meaningful project that gives back to our community.
